CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CREATE EXERCISES FOR A PYRAMID TYPE STYLE OF TRAINING UTILISING GYMPRO???? I.E REPS CONSISTING OF 12-10-8 THEN 6 ETC.
