HI THERE, THANK YOU FOR THE AWESOME TRIAL!
CAN YOU PLEASE GIVE ME INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CREATE EXERCISES FOR A PYRAMID TYPE STYLE OF TRAINING UTILISING GYMPRO???? I.E REPS CONSISTING OF 12-10-8 THEN 6 ETC.

Hi nikora,
You can do this by simply entering in "12-10-8" in the "reps" field in Gympro. Refer to the picture below.
